EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, RETURNS:
Sale items are not eligible for refunds (This includes items that are purchased using discount codes).
If there is a problem with your order, kindly drop us an email at hello@brveluxury.com to assist with any issues.

AMENDMENTS/CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Changes/cancellations to orders must be informed via email within 12-24 hours from the time of order placement.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to amend your order details anymore. Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to cancellation fee of $5.

PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER
In cases where the parcels sent out are returned to us, there will be a reshipping fee of $5. If you do not wish for item to be re-shipped, there will be a processing fee of $10.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS:
In the unfortunate event where a faulty, damaged or defective product is received, please get in touch with us via email with evidence of product damage (by means of photos or videos that best demonstrate the defect/damage).
